1. Installation of Individual Heating and Cooling Systems in All Guestrooms
To resolve the inconvenience caused by the inability to operate heating and cooling simultaneously during seasonal transitions, individual heating and cooling systems have been fully installed in all guest rooms.
2. Elevator Replacement Work
To improve the operational stability of our elevators, we are replacing three guest elevators and one service elevator with Mitsubishi models.
Three guest elevators have been completed.
The full replacement, including the service elevator, is scheduled for completion by late April, 2026.
We will continue to minimize any inconvenience throughout the duration of these upgrades and kindly request your understanding during this period.
