1. Installation of Individual Heating and Cooling Systems in All Guestrooms
To address inconveniences experienced during transitional seasons when simultaneous heating and cooling could not be provided, we are installing individual heating and cooling systems in all guestrooms.
This project began in January 2026 and is scheduled for completion on March 24, 2026.
2. Elevator Replacement Work
To improve the operational stability of our elevators, we are replacing three guest elevators and one service elevator with Mitsubishi models.
Two guest elevators have been completed, and the remaining unit is expected to be completed around March 20, 2026.
The full replacement, including the service elevator, is scheduled for completion by late April, 2026.
We will continue to minimize any inconvenience throughout the duration of these upgrades and kindly request your understanding during this period.
